Cast Deputy

DESCRIPTION: At the first rehearsal of each production, the cast shall elect a Cast Deputy. The election should take place with only the cast present. The Cast Deputy will assist in monitoring the compliance of program rehearsal rules and will act as an advocate for the cast during the production process. 

REPORTS TO: Stage Manager and/or Director 

EXPECTATIONS: 

• Inform the Production Manager of your selection as Cast Deputy 

• Monitor rehearsals to ensure compliance with the University of Portland Rehearsal Guidelines. 

• Report concerns to Production Manager as soon as possible once those concerns arise.
